The building always reflects the developer´s attitude. Our group, VELSKA, has owned the buildings that it has developed long term. As we are not after quick money, we have been building projects to be proud of, even after ten years. And that is exactly Pankrác Prime, a project that is prime in every aspect, exactly how we like it. The quality that we build for ourselves is also the quality we build for our clients, who are our long term partners.
The concept of the project and its interior satisfy even the most demanding of tenants and we have personally
checked everything that you expect from a modern administrative building. We started where the market
standard stands - with plenty of daylight, terraces on the upper floors, flexible units starting from 250 m2,
openable windows - that´s all standard for us. We have considered everything in such a way that the building
could be called PRIME.
